Baby Face Portraits only employs professional photographers that meet strict skill criteria in order to deliver creative, artistic and unique photography.

Baby Face Portraits takes your family's privacy very seriously. All of our album pages are password protected to ensure your privacy. Only those whom you choose to share your privacy code with can access your album. Baby Face Portraits will not disclose a privacy code to any person other than the customer.

Since Baby Face Portraits wants to capture, with beautiful portraiture, all the "Baby Steps" in your family's life, we designed the Baby Steps Plan. Exclusive to Baby Face Portraits, the Baby Steps plan offers our customers 4-in-home sessions, valid for 2 years, that make personalized sessions affordable.

For those customers who choose not to participate in the Baby Steps Plan, the session fee is $60.00.

Usually an error message means that a digit is off in your privacy code. Please contact us via email at help@mybabyfaceportraits.com or call 877-249-0004 immediately if you experience any issues with your Baby or Family Album.

High resolution Images are held on our local computers for 60 days. After that time, they are archived in our database. For all orders placed after 60 days there will be a $35.00 Image Retrieval fee incurred.

Baby Album and Family Album pages are up a minimum of 1 year. If you are a Baby Steps member, your Album will be available for one year after your last session.

For In-Hospital Sessions, your portraits will be processed and delivered to you the same day. For In-Home sessions, portraits will be mailed to you within 7 business days of your order.

At Baby Face Portraits, we guarantee you will be happy with your portraits. This is because immediately following your session our photographers edit the images for you to view and select your favorites. However, if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your finished product, Baby Face Portraits will remake or refund your order. We will gladly replace defective Flash Drives within 30 days, however, Flash Drive purchases are non-refundable.

Once you have viewed your edited images with the photographer, your Album will be available for sharing within a couple of hours.

The number of images posted are determined by the item you selected at the time of viewing. If you would like more images posted than the standard number that are included with your selection, you can pay a $25.00 deposit (deducted from any order) and we will be happy to post more images.

Yes, but special arrangements must be made in advance in order to include your pet in a session. As a standard, Baby Face photographers will only photograph well-behaved dogs and cats. Other types of pets, with advance notice, may be photographed at the discretion of Baby Face Portraits.

Sessions from beginning to end take approximately 3 hours. Photography time is about an hour. Ask for details for an on location session.

Up to six (6) subjects are allowed in all Expressions of Home sessions at no additional charge. If you wish to include more family members in your session, there will be a $5.00 per person charge for each additional subject.
